under the ICCs’ anti-doping code Yasir Shah, leg spinner of Pakistan has temporarily suspended after shown positive sample of banned substance in his blood which sample is taken during the ODI against England on Nov 13 at the ground of Abu Dhabi. A banned substance named Chlortalidone which is in prohibited drug list of WADA, a list of prescribed diuretics and masking agents.
As Yasir Shah is banned by ICC according to WADA’s list. So, he is not able to play any international match, test matches and T20s organized by ICC as well as any event organized by any national cricket boards, PCB, which is domestic cricket. He can appeal for a blood sample to be tested, and if this sample does not show as positive then this B test and entire process considered as negative and suspension will end.
The leg-spinner bowler also requests for the hearing, in this circumstance he writes an application to an anti-doping panel which must be received by the anti-doping manager within 14 days. Now, it's seen that should he want the hearing or not, he must write in an application that how to respond in this problem.
